Booking is easy! We are a provider through Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN). If you would like to set up and intake appointment with us, call the DWIHN Access Line at 800-241-4949. There will be a brief screening and you can request an appointment with Vital Health Management. They will give you and appointment on the spot!

We offer a wide range of therapy sessions! Individual, group, as well as peer support. We cater our therapy services to your individual needs.
